We are equally passionate about our client-centric approach, and making a tiny contribution towards maximizing shareholder value for our clients, resulting in us being consistently rated among the top 3 vendors with all our customers.Responsibilities :•Managing end to end recruitment cycle.• Sourcing & pre-screening to identify right talent as per clients needs.• Coordinating for interview schedules for shortlisted candidates.• Pre & post offer follow-ups including salary negotiations, document collection, onboarding(joining).• Maintaining trackers & reports.• Managing client SPOCs and client calls.• Working on various modes of hiring needs including permanent, RPO, project based hiring.

• Coordinating with Hiring Managers to identify Staffing Needs.• Determining Selection Criteria.• Sourcing Potential candidates through online channels.• Planning interview and selection procedures including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.• Assessing candidates information including resumes and contact details, using Applicant Tracking System.• Designing Job Descriptions and Interview Questions that reflect each Position's Requirements.• Leading Employer Branding Initiatives.• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Due to a positive internal assessment and outstanding performance, I was promoted to the In-process Team.• In my role, I efficiently managed client requests and complaints received via inbound calls, WhatsApp chats, and emails. I promptly forwarded them to the relevant department for follow-up and resolution, ensuring outstanding cases were addressed through client correspondence.• The cases encompassed a wide range of issues, including order-related matters, payout concerns, dematerialization and rematerialization of shares, website and application-related issues, trading problems, and updates/modifications to trading and demat accounts.

• Addressed client inquiries over the phone, delivering excellent service and resolving issues related to Trading and Demat Accounts.• Attentively listening to clients' queries, aiming for first-time resolution on calls and ensuring a positive customer service experience.• Proactively followed up on escalations and outstanding issues to provide timely resolutions to clients.
