 P&L accountability for the assigned countries. Part of country-specific business strategy team Frequent travel to assigned countries to ensure achievement of sales revenue, business development and business promotion targets. Maintain lasting relationships with dealers and key customer accounts Market analysis, dealer/distributor prospecting, appointment and development as per the market expansion strategy. Develop market penetration plan based on: Product range, Industries and areas. Create brand and product awareness in the region by promotional activities, participation in exhibition, advertisements etc. Improve capital efficiency and ensure commercial hygiene and compliance Ensure finalization of business at acceptable commercial terms. Coordinating and working with production, operations, supply chain, finance & design team for smooth order execution. Ensure smooth deliveries and customer satisfaction Reporting to the CEO & MD
