As an IT Analyst, I work with a team of specialists to deliver innovative and customized solutions for various business applications, such as CRM, WFM, social media, ERP logistics and inventory. I am also a Salesforce Certified Specialist, with a strong functional knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Microsoft-Dynamics, SAP, Service now and Zendesk including analytics and its integration with other platforms.Before joining VOSKER, I was an IT Project Manager at VerticalCran, where I successfully led and managed the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Workforce Management, Social Media Marketing, Web Applications, Inventory, and Zendesk Ticketing System. I collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs, define the scope, and ensure the quality and timeliness of the deliverables.I also have extensive experience as a System Administrator, with expertise in ServiceNow, Genesys, and SAP platforms. I was responsible for the system administration, configuration, testing, and support of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and FSM modules, Genesys PureConnect and Cloud solutions, and SAP CRM, C4C, TCM, and HCM applications. I contributed to the development and maintenance of customized functionalities and interfaces for these applications, as well as the resolution of technical issues and user queries.I have a passion for IT and business development, and I enjoy learning new skills and technologies that can enhance my performance and add value to the organizations I work with.
