As a research engineer with extensive experience in product engineering and CAE/Structural Analysis, I have honed my skills in both linear and non-linear Finite Element Analysis (FEA) over the past three years. I am currently involved in industrial projects that involve the use of FFF 3D printing (AM) and its modeling and validation based on industry standards.I am looking forward for the industrial collaboration, as a Product Engineer/ Application Engineer where I can apply my skills and knowledge to assist the company in resolving intricate design and analysis issues. I bring to the table a proven track record, having published works in my area of specialization.I possess a solid theoretical foundation in computational modeling, specially in Continuum Mechanics, and the ability to apply these concepts to CAE software for effective product design and analysis. Some of my key capabilities are:- FEA simulation for dynamic parts, including stress/strain analysis, static and dynamic analysis, impact analysis, failure analysis, and structural analysis using ABAQUS/LS-DYNA.- Extensive experience in modeling nonlinear materials such as metals and plastics.Dynamic simulation of crash tests in realistic environments.- Development of user-subroutine FORTRAN code for process optimization in ABAQUS through VUMAT and UMAT.- Verification and validation of computational results through comparison with experimental data.My Core Skills:* Finite Element Analysis, including material modeling and implementation, implicit/explicit analysis, geometry import/export, dynamic contact, adaptive meshing, and element selection.* Competence in Material Modeling, including Elastic, Hyperelastic, Viscoelasticity, Quasilinear Viscoelastic, damage, fatigue, metal, and composite.* CAE software proficiency, including ANSYS, ABAQUS, LS-DYNA, and FUSION 360.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Researcher at the University of Padova, Italy - Space, Science and Technology, Graduate of the National Research University, Peter The Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University (Polytech) β Higher School of Theoretical Mechanics, St. Petersburg.
