I am an automation specialist at Cognizant’s Intelligent Process Automation in its digital operations vertical, which provides Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS). Working with external clients, I have developed diverse automations in the banking and finance domains, that focused on cognitive decision making, monitoring and evaluation. These automations met high business savings via FTE reduction and were especially beneficial for rapid deliveries with strict deadlines in the COVID-19 crisis.I work closely with teams that include Business Analysts, Solution Architects and Quality Assurance Engineers to provide end-to-end consultation to assess new RPA opportunities, maintain robust designs, coding standards and enterprise efficiency.I have also trained my colleagues through regular mentoring and knowledge sharing sessions on new RPA capabilities and parallel processes.

I provided end-to-end RPA solutions from design to production stage to Accenture Avanade's internal and external clients. Coupled with Solution Architects in the intelligent automation space, I developed several attended and unattended robots in the insurance domain. My consultation to the clients began as early as the feasibility discussion in the inception phase and continued beyond hyper-care and code maintenance in production.
