It was established in 2004 by the leading online publishers, but in the last twelve years it has come to effectively address the challenges faced in the digital and online industry including mobile content and services, online publishing, mobile advertising, online advertising, ecommerce and mobile and digital payments among others.My KRA revolved around conceptualizing and executing events which included conferences, summits, learning trips, webinars & awards organised by IAMAI. The additional tasks also included on boarding the right companies as a member or a sponsor. Key responsibilities: - Identifying current industry trends for discussions and development of new formats for conferences, webinars, closed- door discussions, learning trips and residential offsites ensuring end-to-end management.- Strategizing and Budgeting of all the activities related to an event right from planning to execution- Driving the marketing activities of the association- Directing and overseeing creative output and production of all brand communication, content andcollaterals- Identifying, approaching and closing prospective clients.
