Strategically designed to drive admissions for our educational institutes, this multifaceted endeavor required extensive collaboration with schools - from securing permissions to coordinating the exam logistics, OMR handling, result generation, and meticulous data management.Overseeing a team of 25 marketing executives dispersed across the state, along with 3 data-gathering operators, I successfully collected comprehensive information from nearly 400,000 students within the targeted age group. This encompassed a meticulously managed approach to consolidating and channeling leads from diverse marketing campaigns, spanning both rural and urban areas.But my responsibilities extended far beyond just data collection and lead management. I also played a crucial role in effectively directing these high-quality leads to our EMSCC and Retail departments, ensuring alignment with their specific requirements. Additionally, I spearheaded the nationwide implementation of the Classroom Lecture Recording initiative utilizing the Echo 360 platform, as well as the rollout of the Total Learning by Extramarks (TLE) concept across all our coaching centers.Through this multifaceted effort, I was able to drive substantial admissions growth for our educational institutes, while also elevating the learning experience for students across Rajasthan.
