About Karandeep Singh

Passionate about teams! Individually we can do great, but to perform miracles, we need team. A team driven by one common goal to exceed their best. That’s how I have worked in teams till now and that’s how I plan to work for the rest of my life. I'm happy to follow strong leaders but equally happy to lead when a team needs someone to step up.Computers & technology captivated me from a very young age. I spent 9 productive years working with Accenture to provide technology solutions for my banking client. Enthusiastically managed teams from 3 members to 90 members. Took full ownership of validating varied applications, ranging from 20-year-old legacy ones (mainframe, windows-based) to the latest ones such as the salesforce platform and the Zelle mobile solution for money transfer. I have gained an abundance of experience in technology and banking sectors. Now, I am looking to start the next phase of my career as a program manager; a program manager who efficiently uses his domain knowledge and communication skills to work closely with different departments within the company, and deliver impactful products for its customers.I have come to realize that life is not about whether I am taking a good or bad decision; life is about taking a decision and then working so hard and so smart that the decision seems right. This is what I intend to bring to the table for my employers. All I need is a positive work environment and trust in my abilities, and together we can work wonders!
