• Handing EMEA payrolls and having knowledge of end-to-end payroll process.
• Having knowledge of input, output and maintaining employee’s data.
• Reconciliation and evaluation of the output reports to make sure all input have been processed as per the guidelines.

□ Managing full US & Canada cycle payrolls for hourly, salaried contractors on Weekly, Biweekly & Monthly basis for multi-state payrolls of >10000 employees.□ Well versed with Oracle People Soft 9.2□ Sending timesheet reminders to consultants and Ensure timely Bonus and commission payments & timely deductions - benefits and garnishments. □ Process Court.

□ Managed payroll of around 8000 employees monthly. To prepare, review and validate monthly payroll processing for all ON & Off roll employees.□ To maintaining leave tracker on monthly basis and calculation of incentive schemes as per the company policy & Share attendance timely with vendors of employees who are empaneled on third party services□ Uploading.
