I'm an award-winning writer, author, recipe developer and editor, focused on food, drink and travel. I review spirits for Wine Enthusiast magazine, where I’m also a writer-at-large. As a freelance writer, my work appears in Afar, Bloomberg BusinessWeek and Bloomberg Pursuits, Fodor’s Travel, Food & Wine, Punch and The Wall Street Journal, among other publications. I’m an experienced editor, making copy shine at Epicurious, Resy and Zagat. And I’m the author of seven cocktail books, including Shake.Stir.Sip. and Nightcap. In addition, I give talks, lead tastings, moderate panels and seminars and consult about topics in the food and drink space. Proud to say that we had had some of the best-known names in the industry reading from their work, often to a standing-room-only audience. Events were hosted in Chicago, New York and San Francisco.
