Inclusive NI Limited provides Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) training and consultancy services to organisations primarily in Northern Ireland. We work with companies to create a bespoke solution, dependent on where they are in their DEI journey.

I worked with key stakeholders in Kainos' Workday Practice to establish a Training Needs Analysis report each year, then track and report on progress and changes to requirements monthly. Day-to-day, I design and deliver both virtual and on-demand training courses for Workday-related services and products to all areas of Kainos. I lead the Workday Practice L&D team of four people.
