Karan Kapur is a dedicated and ambitious Computer Science and Data Science student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he has consistently demonstrated academic excellence, including making the Dean’s List in Fall 2022. His passion for technology and problem-solving has driven him to develop strong technical skills in programming languages such as Python, Java, and C, as well as proficiency in frameworks like React and Node.js.Currently, he serves as the President of Kappa Eta Kappa, a professional co-ed fraternity, where he leads the executive board, oversees chapter operations, and ensures the seamless execution of events. In addition, he has experience as a Peer Mentor and MLC Tutor in the Department of Mathematics, where he helped over 100 students improve their understanding of complex mathematical concepts.Furthermore, he finds the intersection of Business and Technology immensely fascinating. In the past, he has worked on 2 business ideas, which sparked his passion for leveraging technology to support business growth. Combining his technical expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset, he aspires to contribute to the growth of businesses by harnessing the power of technology such as using machine learning and artificial intelligence.He is always eager to connect with professionals and fellow students who share a similar passion for technology and business.
