• Prepare Journal entry and day to day transactions• Set up the correct system and processes for accounting in line with accounting standards and periodic closure of books.• Manage daily bank reconciliation, cash flow planning, Banking, and Treasury operations.• Verifying invoices against purchase orders and ensure goods or services were received before issuing payment to vendors• monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date• monitor payments and expenditures• resolve invoice discrepancies• verified and processed employee expense reports• Preparation of data required for TDS/TCS payments and returns• Tracking various process improvement projects, whenever necessary• Preparing of quarterly audits schedules • Prepare outstanding Invoice reports, hold reports/ cancellation reports, process level reports for Revenue Services and gather credit and/or reference information.• Assists in resolution of outstanding invoice queries/disputes.• Preparing and posting monthly accruals of vendors• Responds to internal and external customer Invoicing inquiries.
