Supported the Owner through the negotiation of the Head of Terms, the signing of the management agreement with Radisson Hotel Group, and the opening of the hotel; 2) budget negotiation and performance monitoring• Hotel REIT: conducted an operational audit for a luxury hotel working hand in hand with an international operator and the Owner. The audit included a deep review of the budget, with particular focus on productivity, resulting in a roadmap to bridge the gap from the "as is" to the objective. Optimal staffing levels were calculated and recommendations on improvements in processes were shared in a cohesive implementation plan that was broken down in various phases
