Current∙ Engage in social listening to determine best practices to further engage audience and follow emerging media and competitive landscape to determine industry trends∙ Analyze and compile Facebook and Instagram analytics in monthly social media audit to measure growth in brand awareness, follower count, reach and engagement ∙ Consistently increased KPIs over first two months, including Instagram following by 12%, average reach per post by 33% and average engagement per post by 36%, while also achieving 5k follower milestone; doubled Facebook average reach per post while achieving 12k page ‘likes’ milestone∙ Create and manage social media posts for both Facebook and Instagram∙ Advise winemaker on social media strategies and concepts to expand the vineyard brand, including building followers, interacting with UGC, engaging different audience demographics on different platforms and utilizing Instagram Story Features
