Current• Oncology Department o Pan-Canadian Lung Cancer Observational Study (PALEOS): Extracting data related to molecular diagnostics (biomarkers, plasma genomics), lesions, TNM staging, and treatment (radiation, surgery and drug therapy) of Lung Cancer patients.• Neurology Departmento Evaluating the correlation between Fycopma dosage and seizure improvement in epileptic patients.• Nephrology Departmento Identification of reasons for attrition in Peritoneal Dialysis program at WOHS.o Screening of Patient records using Meditech for the adult patients who initiated with peritoneal dialysis and later switched to hemodialysis.o Analysis of the data to determine various factors responsible for the change in treatment modality.• Emergency Departmento Use of Machine Learning to expedite decision making in the Emergency Departmento Collection of data using questionnaire predicting the patient’s outcome based on triage nurse’s assessment and comparing with the data collected using Meditech to determine if the triage nurse’s prediction was correct.o Reporting of study updates to the project manager and coordinating with the nurses.o Statistical analysis and presentation of the study findings.
