• Produced progress indicators for annual reports and other mechanisms for tracking progress and achievement.
• Created and developed complex macros that automate reports at required frequency, saving significant time.
• Optimised reports by reducing a reliance on data in tabular form and shifting to visualisation tools.
• Introduced Power BI dashboards to the day-to-day reporting structure at Te Kura.
• Performed monthly presentations for the Te Kura Board of Trustees detailing the progress against KPI.
