CurrentCleverTap is a customer lifecycle management and engagement platform that helps drive user growth and retention for its customers and I am responsible for managing some of the key accounts in the North America region. I am the primary contact for my customers and help them drive ROI by getting the most out of the tool and ensuring that they meet their KPIs (driving end-user growth and retention) from a digital marketing perspective. From integrating with CleverTap to Renewals and Upsells and everything in between I manage the entirety of the engagement, the buck stops with me.My role also requires me to collaborate with the product and the engineering teams for introducing new features and product enhancements that add value and help differentiate the product from its competitors, thereby driving topline revenue.At CleverTap I also liaise between multiple teams to forecaste any infrastructure or integration requirements that may be needed for running large or complex campaigns, and also troubleshoot any technical issues raised by my customers. The deep understanding of the customers' business helps build loyalty towards the product and helps elevate Clevertap’s synergy with its clients.I also organize and conduct quarterly business reviews, product demos and training for my customers on new product features & enhancements that are launched.
