It was wonderful journey handling various portfolios in my Entrepreneurial project as i am Self Employed.I worked as Health Promotion Specialist as that's my biggest passion and i decided to make it my profession too in 2014. I aim at Educated Fitness and spreading the right message for every age group.I managed a club where One Year Old Baby comes for sensory play, motor skills movements. Three year old Baby comes for Brain Body development. Seven Year Old Baby comes for Physical Fitness.Teenager comes for Weight & Height Management. An Adult comes for Crossfit and CardioVascular Strength Training. So it was One Club for All Ages.One of its kind.I designed workout plans, hired and trained staff, motivated staff and clients to push daily for results. I managed sales promotion, sales lead. I did exhibitions and events to create the awareness of concept.Roles & Responsibilities:-• Design each class to match the skill and learning levels of all participants.• Raising awareness of good health, diet and workout through workshops and training classes.• Giving advice to members for encouraging them for regular exercises and promoting the club programs, products and services to them.• Focusing and propagating importance of cardiovascular/strength training workouts for all age groups.• Maintain peak physical condition to better serve and motivate clients.• Work with a handful of clients directly to develop personal fitness goals.• Worked 1-1 with clients to help modify exercises for maximum benefit and safety.• Explained ways to measure exercise intensity for the best results.• Taught body combat fitness classes to over 20 students per class.
