Project Summary: SFTR implementation for a German Utility Company Responsibilities: • Collaborated closely with the project manager to understand and achieve project goals, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring the project's scope aligned with SFTR regulations and business needs.• Worked with business analysts and subject matter experts to gather and validate project requirements.• Contributed to developing and maintaining project documentation standards and templates including meeting minutes, risk & issue logs, and management status reports (weekly & monthly progress).• Supported the project manager in monitoring and controlling project activities to ensure adherence to established processes and standards, identifying, and addressing project risks and issues.• Coordinated with IT teams to ensure that data reporting systems were configured correctly to meet SFTR data submission standards, contributing to the overall data integrity and accuracy.• Managed the allocation and utilization of project resources, optimizing efficiency and ensuring that the project stayed within budgetary constraints.• Successfully delivered the SFTR implementation project successfully at a German utility company within 12 months.

• Generating leads and opportunities through outbound / prospecting activities into new prospects • Developed and executed strategic initiatives to implement key changes in the team and improvements in business development and sales programs. Daily activities include building a sales funnel, prospecting, pitching, pursuing leads and moving them through sales cycles. • Achieved 150% of the target in the B2B technology division of the company, closing 13 new clients and contributing to 25% additional revenue in just 10 months. Handling accounts business solutions in the coupons, affiliate, and online sales for Zoutons.com, Zouton.ae and Zouton.com• Created a new vision and provided leadership for targeting larger prospects.
