i'm currently working at Canadian National exhibition as a blackjack dealer, where alot of players like to play games and relieve their stress.I have recently completed my 4 weeks training in CNE for becoming professional dealer and my job responsibilities are to monitor each game, ensure players are following casino procedures, ensure accurate payouts, and teach new players how to play blackjack. Other duties include keeping the cards and chips organized. I also shuffle the deck of cards, count chips, handle money, and follow gaming regulations.Recently i completed my 4 weeks training and passed the table test conducted by Casino supervisors and got hired by them.I work to keep my customers happy and engage in the games and congratulate them when they win and motivate them when they lose any game.Currently, I am student at Niagara college Toronto and perusing my Business Diploma.   I joined Canadian National Exhibition when the company was hiring for the summer event at Toronto. Most difficult task at my training was to keep track of the cards and count the numbers accurately. To become good at handling cards I started practicing with cards at home and improved my calculation ability. Finally i passed the table test at my casino training school with minimum mistakes.
