My journey in business began early, with an entrepreneurial spirit that emerged in primary school. Beyond profits, I've always been fascinated by customer interactions and data analysis.In 2020, I founded Blissful Bakes, a pastry business that honed my skills in customer experience enhancement, waste minimization, unit cost assessment, station organization, sourcing, and operations tracking. This venture ignited my passion for business optimization.As a Youth Ambassador for Dsquared Homes For The Homeless, I further developed my operational analysis skills. I learned to forge successful business partnerships, market new programs, manage public relations, resolve conflicts, aggregate data, and track inventory. My contributions were valued, leading to continued growth opportunities over two years.In 2022, I embarked on a new chapter at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business and Communications. My acceptance into the prestigious Kenan-Flagler Business School has been invigorating, challenging me with real-world applications of my developing skills.Through coursework and community involvement, I'm refining my leadership and professionalism. My recent internship with Marriott Vacations Worldwide as a Resort Operations Intern allowed me to apply these skills in a corporate setting, focusing on process improvement, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.I'm excited about the possibilities ahead as I continue to grow in operations, management, and consulting.
