I am excited to announce that I have started my new role as Community Director at FLOWLab⁵! As Community Director, I am responsible for managing business development, marketing, and community management. One of my key responsibilities includes fostering sponsor and donor relationships to ensure a successful project management and strategic social media.

I work with a team of qualified consultants here at CoFlowCo. I manage the day-to-day-deliverables, maintain friendly relations with the client, build a realistic project plan, deliver the outcomes on time, schedule tasks, and delegate assignments. I track project progress and performance while supporting our team members with their accountability.

I provide leaders with a diversity aware perspective, guidance and business development tailored to specific needs and size of the company. From concept through execution, I support curriculum design and materials including webinars, presentations, handouts, and more. In addition, I plan and execute marketing strategies for digital and print platforms.

Worked closely with the Executive Director and an eight-member team to develop an outreach plan for a 250K+ community to communicate prior to a rebrand. Projects have included: creating a 20+ page blog design plan, writing 50 SEO articles for quarterly newsletter.

Here, I managed two of the largest accounts and increased satisfaction through regular communication. For one project, I created a tutorial on an interactive employee engagement system which improved engagement 85%. On a regular basis, I contributed to content development for email campaigns, lead conversions, and employee training.

My efforts and inspirational leadership increased enrollment by 77% for the Landmark Forum for Teens in the Southwest Region. I managed 12 team leaders for a year-long program with 200+ participants.My responsibilities included setting priorities, conducting training sessions, and coaching personal alignment with company objectives.

I provided public relations services and communication services to private for profit and non-profit organizations. I helped to introduce a Spring Bank branch to its Harlem neighbors in $30K partnership agreement with Sperling Greene PR and gained national interest and coverage.
