I am a Registered Nurse and Integrative Health Practitioner. I coach individual clients to reach their biggest health related goals with a natural approach. I use a collaboration model, where the client and myself co-create goals to transform their lives by lifestyle and mindset modifications. I become my clients "person" where I am the accountability partner, but will also provide a challenge to keep moving forward when life happens. It is important to note mind, body and spirit need to be considered for success. During the process, I find passion to find the root cause of illness for each of my clients to ultimately create balance and true, lasting health. My background in the medical system for almost 20 years gives me a well-rounded approach to understanding the body and its patterns of disease.
