Led a diverse portfolio of open-enrollment and custom-designed programs for executives at all levels. Translated the strategy and program design initiatives to all stakeholders, including the client, faculty, visiting faculty and guests, participants, and program managers. Designed and executed custom and open-enrollment courses to ensure UCLA quality programming and provided on-going support with the client. Acted as the liaison in the creation of all custom client contracts to meet program expectations. Prepared program budgets and manage within the budgeted parameters. Created complete detailed project plans for Program Managers and ensure design criteria and budget limits are met. Traveled for off-site programs as a UCLA liaison and to provide additional program support. Brainstormed with faculty and design teams to quickly adapt to the classroom environment or schedule changes.

Oversaw team of program managers who provide logistics and facilitation for executive education courses, coordinating employee schedules, providing guidance and performance feedback. Managed program administration and operations, ensuring that all program logistics were confirmed and carried out correctly as well as verifying that last-minute decisions and changes were handled quickly and efficiently. Responsible for fiscal oversight and administration (program budgets, client invoicing and contracts, program expenses and revenue) and was the primary customer interface with high-level corporate executive participants and company clients, including the U.S. Navy, American Financial Services Association, and Carolinas Center for Medical Excellence.
