I’m a sales executive with more than two decades of experience developing and executing results-driven inside sales processes, building internal and external partnerships, communicating with creativity and impact, and exceeding personal goals while developing and managing teams.Most recently I’ve established a new lead generation function as the manager of DDI’s Inside Sales team team with a focus on leadership development and assessment solutions sales. With a delicate balance, I've focused my reps on pre-qualifying leads for the company’s business development and sales teams while providing clients and prospects with stellar customer service. Prior to joining DDI, I managed business development efforts for the Next Level Purchasing Association, which offers education and certification services. As the company’s first hire, I developed processes and efficiencies to support the growth of the business prior to taking on a business development role where I increased sales to individual students by over 250 percent. I thrive off of establishing processes and procedures that move teams forward, and am looking for an opportunity to showcase my talents while growing as a leader.
