CurrentAs a Partner in a national class action law firm based in Los Angeles, with offices in New York and Berkeley, I have broad litigation experience in jurisdictions across the country, with a specialization in securities laws and regulation, wage and hour/labor laws, and consumer laws. I manage all facets of complex litigation, from research and strategy, to executing top quality work product, and negotiating multimillion dollar recoveries for clients. I have extensive high level written and oral advocacy experience in both State and Federal Courts, and have successfully navigated a multitude of appeals before both the Federal Circuits and State Courts of Appeals. I also have considerable written and deposition discovery experience, as well as e-discovery experience, having worked closely with an e-discovery special master over a number of months in a case that resulted in a recommended directed verdict in favor of the firm's clients.Staunchly devoted to pro bono practice, I volunteer with KIND (Kids In Need of Defense), representing unaccompanied immigrant and refugee children in custody and deportation proceedings, and helping them to secure legal permanent residency status in the U.S. Beyond legal representation, my hope is to see the children I represent grow and dream, and to have every opportunity possible to reach their fullest potential. Safety from deportation is only the first step.
