Work directly with the creative and account teams to head and oversee the entire video production, including: timeline, budget and creative concept. I rely heavily on attention to detail, organization, multi-tasking capabilities and most important being able to effectively communicate on to all the internal teams, vendors and clients in order to make sure the project goes smoothly.

Oversee both video and still productions from the creative development stages through final delivery. Collaborate with both creative and account teams to coordinate production and editing schedules, while overseeing the budget and maintaining the creative integrity of the project. Work closely with our talent, legal and business managers on copyrights and licensing.

Serve as a contact within the agency for the production of photography, animations, video and other digital content. This includes such details as: scheduling talent, negotiating rates/hiring crew, securing locations, and casting. While also being accountable for tracking and maintaining the production budget, timing and creative vision of the project.

Coordinate communications between team members and the Creative Services department to ensure that projects are accurate and complete in a timely manner. Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize projects accordingly with strong attention to detail, in order to meet deadlines and ship dates in the agency's fast paced environment.During this time I worked with both the creative and production teams to ensure that was the career path I wanted to explorer. After shadowing and working on multiple projects with various teams through out the agency I was lucky enough to land a role in production.

Oversaw data entry, invoice reconciliation, website profiling, and competitive tracking. I attended team meetings and had an opportunity to brainstorm creative ideas taking into consideration advertising strategies, demographics, target marketing, and consumer buying trends. I also worked on make-goods, status/matching reports, and also was in charge of inputting backlogs for Arby’s data compilation and reporting.

Captured autos, models, musicians, celebrities, by photographing events throughout the Midwest and Canada for their web magazine designed to reach a highly targeted, hard-to-reach young male audience. Developed web/digital features to creatively promote vehicle and model profiles. The experience provided an opportunity to capture real life moments and transfer them into creative art through my camera while learning the value of the camera as an effective selling tool.

Photographed on campus NCAA athletic events, special theatre performances and concerts, and school sponsored runway fashions shows. Learned to recognize the interpretive qualities of photographs and how the visual interest of a photo leaves an impression with the audience.

Photographed over ten major car shows nationwide for the North American magazine, which covers custom cars, celebrities, and their vehicles. Created photographs to enhance the image of the magazine.

Co-founded and successfully operated an interactive online automotive magazine that started as a passion for photography and cars and developed into a profitable business endeavor. Networked and established contacts with companies and clients around the United States and Canada that further propelled my career and allowed me to gain other business opportunities. Learned fundamental principles of business, promotion, and how utilize the web as an interactive way to gain customer relations.
