•Managing all teams of Pulse for Integrated Solutions (hardware, firmware, software, DSP/machine learning, and quality assurance/control) and harmonizing system requirements across several teams.•Acting in project manager and implementation roles, business development, pre-sales and sales overtaking solution demonstrations and receiving customer feedback or potential enhancements. •Acting as a system architect exploiting the customer exposure to detail the system requirements due to the unique nature of the project as a newly introduced innovative solution.•Managing company budget and Logistics every year for company branches.•Managing company projects, development plans and requirements analysis for the company’s different products, RIMPulse Mobile ECG Device (Hardware), Health Intact cloud server software, RIMPulse Mobile Application, RIMPulse AI ECG Analysis Software and RIMPulse Embedded Software) with a cross-functional teams’ leadership.•Managing and maintaining the regulatory registration for the company’s products in the EU, UK, Gulf and Far East.•Managing IP and patent activities.•Achieved a Medical Grade CE Certificate and managed the preparation of the technical file for a product consisting of Hardware, Software and AI and passed the technical file review for CE Certification performed by DQS-MED. (2018 – 2019)•Achieved ISO 13485:2016 Certificate and developed/maintained a complete quality management system and passed the onsite audits for initial certification and annual audits successfully performed by DQS-MED. (Giza – Egypt, 2018 – 2019).•Initiated a new manufacturing facility in Germany. (Unterschleissheim - Germany 2020)•Achieved adding a new site to the ISO 13485:2016 certificate as a site extension and passed the site extension audits performed by DQS-MED successfully. (Unterschleissheim - Germany 2021)•Responsible for performance assessment and annual appraisal negotiations/interviews for all team members (25 employees in 6 teams).
