supervision projects and activities working on freelance basis for Skanska Construction UK Ltd‘s £15m value Olympic Park Stratford LPR (landscaping and public realm) project as Site Supervisor, Permit to Dig Coordinator and Buried Services Coordinator. Prepared permit applications and worked closely with service providers and sitecolleagues to ensure deliverables were in line with agreed project needs and key performance indicators as well as attended site meetings and coordinated all buried services in work areas. Received plaudits for acting as lead reviewer of third party subcontractor method statement as well as for reviewing and granting permit applications from subcontractors prior to project work in Skanska controlled areas

Undertook engineering and surveying role for Balfour Beatty Rail in parallel with work for Skanska as described above. Project work included dealing with setting out for rails possessions blockade between Paddington and Notting Hill Gate as well as managing tamping, track surveys, track marking and gauging and setting formation level for ballast.

M25 Jct 8 Safety Scheme / A405 Bricket Wood (c£1.0m March20'11 - June 2011) Installation of new signage, roadmarkings and anti-skid surfacing and associated works. Scheme delivered with zero accident.Site Engineer/Site SupervisorM25 J7 to J10 Controlled Motorway Project Jul 2010 - Feb 2011Successfully undertook critical phases of £12m project working closely with team of site engineering colleagues tasked with setting out eight new gantries between two of M25’s busiest junctions. Prepared project management plan, method statements and series of permits, led site surveying and maintained updated drawing registers. Conducted site inductions for all new site colleagues, promoted and championed safe working practices as well as regularly liaised with all site colleagues and senior managers.Site Engineer, Gatwick NW Zone project May 2009 - Jul 2010Worked closely within team of site engineers tasked with conducting site surveying and setting out for construction of new £48m super multi aircraft Mars stands at Gatwick Airport’s North West zone. Management responsibilities were similar to those documented above as well as project tasks that included leading, clearing and marking location of high voltage and other existing services within construction site’s boundary as well as general setting out for new trench lines for HV electrical cable, communication fibre optic cable, water main, fuel line and hydrants pots and 130 chambers positions and levels. Also managed setting out position for gantry bases, floodlight and blast screen reinforcement as well as batter rails for visual bund.

Site Engineer/Site SupervisorManaged critical phases of £20m project, conducted intrusive surveys on London Underground’s cross track walls to set out poster frame positions and conducted site surveying as well as interpreted technical drawings and recorded technical details. Reported toproject manager and client on daily basis, escalated potential issues and briefed colleagues before starting works. Also scanned walls for possible buried live high voltage cables, led site setting out and management as well as oversaw day to day work of colleagues, updated site records and ensured document quality control as well as regularly liaised with other site colleagues and senior managers.Feb 2009- April 2009 £4m Olympic Park project tasked with setting out district heating pipes in multiple areas in Stratford covering both Athletes Village and new Westfield Shopping Complex.
