Ensure & validate the warranty policy implementation for the entire local manufacturing passenger vehicle during PDI, at the sales stage and after sales. • Develop the required technical & statistical analysis - (annual, quarterly& monthly) regarding the top defective items (cost wise & count wise) based on the warranty claims for the PC. • Send and follow up the warranty notifications reports with QC, QA, PR, and Localization. • Responsible for Reimbursement of Local Parts within Warranty for PC. • Communicate with the local suppliers for quality issues related to the warranty. • Collect all data from the Oracle system. • Provide the needed technical support, regarding to the warranty issue to SC and TS team. • Provide the needed technical support regarding the warranty issue • to CRM and AS warranty.

Ensures that repairs are carried out within promised delivery time & estimated cost.-Avoids unnecessary replacement of spare parts.-Orders and follows up parts orders with Parts Department.-Inspects & test drives vehicle on which repairs are performed.-Returns those vehicles failing the quality control inspection to the technician who performed work.-Provides the servicing technician with an accurate description of the reasons for returning the vehicle to them & assist/ guide him to solve the problem.-Conducts OJT for his group technicians.-Proper utilization of service facilities e.g. equipment, SST. Manuals, .etc.-Ensures that proper maintenance is carried out on equipment, assigned to his group.
