- Prepare Reinsurance Requests according to the department's standards. - Send the Reinsurance Requests to Reinsurers approved by the Unit Manager. - Notify the UWs of the final Placement. - Calculate the Average Reinsurance Commission, 100% Premium, and the net premium due to Reinsurers. - Calculate monthly, quarterly, and yearly accruals approved by the MD and submit them to the finance. - Arrange to archive bound accounts according to the date of binding. - Manage the premium payments with the reinsurers and keep records in a Premium Payments Warranty report. - Submitting monthly reports requested by the MD. - Preparing quarterly and half-yearly reports request the Financial Regulation Authority. - Preparing a half-yearly report requested by Allianz Group called by Security Vetting Team Report.- Preparing the yearly treaty renewal documents (P&C, Travel Retail, and Medical). - Preparing a yearly NATCAT report requested by the Group.*Exams passed: Bronze accreditation in P&C line of businesses certificates: 1- Allianz Standards for P&C Underwriting. 2- Property Insurance Foundation. 3- Numbers that Count in P&C. *Exams Passed: Silver accreditation in P&C line of business certificates: 1- Underwriting file review commercial2- Portfolio Management Foundation Commercial

I help students to build and expand their horizon through vicarious experiences, they visit new places, gain new experiences, and meet new people. I help them to learn about the past as well as the present and learn about a variety of culture including their own. Also i help them discover the common goals and similar emotions found in people of all times and places. Two examples of books that provide such experiences are Nory Ryan's Song by Patricia Reilly Giff, a harsh survival story set in Ireland during the potato famine of 1845, and Patricia Polacco's The Butterfly, dealing with Nazis, resistance, and Jewish persecution during World War II.
