Perform various operations using MES and ERP operating systems converting raw material to finished goods in a GMP environment. Maintain records to comply with regulatory requirements, GMP’s and standard operating procedures.Tool/Mold Setup Tech Able to assist in, set-up, verifying cycle times, and maintaining quality/quantity standards. Involved in the set-up of supporting equipment. Optimizing processes for operators and ensures that any/all changes are properly recorded. Assist Engineer in troubleshooting/problem solving of daily molding issues.Ensures use of safe mold handling practices during installation and forming processes. Safely perform mold set-ups and start-ups in a timely manner. Inspect work center for hazards and correct or notify if safety hazards are found. Cycle time verification and cycle time improvement techniques Ability to read a part drawing and measure using calipers, micrometers or other basic measuring instruments.
