Arrange toolbox meetings and safety lectures for workersEnforce worker to follow strictly Safety rules and regulations.Ensure subcontractor following Health, Safety and Environment Requirements.Coordinate with all the departments working on site like Civil, Electrical and Mechanical Etc.Conducting Safety Orientation for the workers.Supervising the Safety at all the job site.Give awareness to people that how PPE protects them.Conduct Meeting with higher management about safety conditions.Coordinate with the Client’s Safety Representative. Reporting to the site management in case of critical unsafe condition and record the job hazard analysis.Controlling workers safety in every operation. Checking of both Power and hand tools for maintaining good condition.Close monitoring of Scaffold assembling, structure erecting and dismantling.Discuss with concerning authorities for safety requirements and arrangements at site.Perform Health and Safety Inspections producing a detailed report on the findings.Make daily inspection to the workers if they are in prescribed safety outfit.Monitor all workers if they are wearing safety paraphernalia at job site.Make daily reports regarding safety in the job site.Always keep in touch with all workers to remind safety.Perform weekly site audit regarding equipment, scaffolding and Health, Safety conditions.Constantly inspects the job site for the purpose of discovering hazardous conditions and unsafe practices and exert to correct the same before they can cause accident.Investigates accidents in coordination with personnel and security officers and recommends corrective measures to prevent recurrence.Coordinates with medical personnel in the formulation and implementation of health and sanitation and correlates safety with their work.Check the fire extinguishers.Check the house keeping.Check the hazards equipment and tools.Implement the safety rules and instruction as a result of observation meetings and safety walk downs.Monitors and advises on the proper adherence of Safety and Health Protection Program, Standards, Procedures and Regulations.Checking the fire fighting and alarm.Prepare and maintain accident reports, statistical data and other records that may be required by administrative/project management and local authorities.Inspection of necessary work permits, prior to beginning of any activities at site.Daily weekly, Monthly Quarterly inspection and monitoring all activities and facilities.
