Retail was my first journey into customer service starting off working for companies like old navy at the age of 17, but once i got got involved with technology and how it can change or have affect on a person life is amazing and i just want to be apart of it. My first job was for a small mobile company called blue wireless which was a small company and for someone like myself just getting in the mobile game. After that i worked for target mobile, which was a step up from my previous company. The more id learned about technology the more i wanted to work for the bigger companies like Verizon,AT&T or T-mobile etc… Eventually i made it to one of the big companies but that isn’t good enough so i looking to work for a company that’s willing to help me advance my knowledge on technology and willing to give their employees the chance to become better than they were when they first start with that company.P.S. the reason why i love customer services so much because you have the chance to put a smile on someone face who might be feeling alone or just might be having a bad day and when I’m helping elder customer gives me a sense as if I’m helping my grand mother or grand father….
