Project: Egyptian Japanese University For Science And Technology

Budget: Over 45 million EGP. Responsible for MEP works for 2 Building (Clean room - Sewage treatment plant) HVAC system includes Ventilation system for STP. Fire Fighting system includes AEROSOL system for STP. HVAC system for clean room includes spaces from ISO 5 to ISO 8 for semiconductor industry. Fire Fighting system includes Water Mist system for clean room.

Project: Project Code 10000 – New Alamin.

Budget: 980 million EGP. • Responsible for MEP works for 2 Hotels, 25 Villas, 36 Chalet and 4 other buildings.• HVAC system includes VRF systems with overall capacity 5400 TR for VRF system.• Fire Fighting system includes Water system with 1 main pump room 1250 GPM and FM-200,Co2, Aerosol systems for electrical and IT rooms.• Water Supply system includes infrastructure works for all building with main pump room 270GPM.• Irrigation system includes infrastructure works for all site with main pump room 350 GPM.• Drainage system includes infrastructure works for all site with 3 lifting pump stations.

Project: Military Colleges And Institutes – New Administrative Capital.

Budget: 118 million EGP. Responsible for HVAC (VRF) works for 16 building. HVAC system includes VRF systems with overall capacity 7000 TR.

Project: Al Salam Towers – Alexandria.

Budget: Over 750 million EGP. Responsible for MEP works for high rise building (2 towers and podium) over 156m high. HVAC system includes Chilled water and VRF systems with overall capacity 4000 TR forchilled water system with 4 water cooled chillers and 950 TR for VRF system with overall 400systems. Fire Fighting system includes Water system with 2 main pump rooms 1000 GPM each and FM-200 system for electrical and IT rooms.

Project: Al Shahada Mosque - Alexandria.

Budget: Over 25 million EGP. Responsible for MEP works for 4 main buildings. HVAC systems include DX package system with overall refrigeration capacity 600 TR. Different Fire Fighting systems include water system, Co2 suppression system fortransformer and generator rooms and AEROSOL system for electrical panels and MDP.

Project: Bashair Al-Kahir 3 – Alexandria.

Budget: Over 35 million EGP. Responsible for HVAC& Fire Fighting work for 200 residential block and City Mosque. HVAC system includes DX package system with overall refrigeration capacity 150 TR. Fire Fighting systems include water system with 1250 GPM pump room.

Project: Armed Forces Finance Authority - Alexandria Branch

Budget: Over 10 million EGP. Responsible for HVAC& Fire Fighting work for 4 main buildings. HVAC system includes DX split system with overall refrigeration capacity about 200 TR. Fire Fighting system includes water system with 250 GPM pump room, FM-200suppression system for electrical rooms and Co2 suppression system for transformer andMDP rooms.

Project: Golden Jewel Hotel & Beach – Alexandria.

Budget: Over 50 million EGP. Responsible for MEP works for 4 main buildings. Different HVAC systems include DX package and VRF system with overall refrigerationcapacity 960 TR. Different Fire Fighting systems include water system, FM-200 suppression system forelectrical rooms and AEROSOL system for electrical panels
