I'm a part of HMGI or Himpunan Mahasiswa Geofisika Indonesia second region at Profession Division.Currently I'm handling company visit projects and we have a plan to visit the onshore and offshore platform of an oil & gas company to provide Indonesian Geophysics Students to learn more about geophysicist job in there and to give them more experience in the field.

-Assist Director to prepared tender and contract, vendor selection, etc.-Prepared SOP, risk assessment and work permit to run the project as approved by Director.-Track the project daily cost as well as the breakdown and generate tools to analyze the costs and also track non productive, unplanned, and problem time.-Checked and record invoice, material transfer, material requisition, work order, etc.-Registered and record work request and report as of completion of work orders, this also check and record manpower time sheet and heavy equipment activity.
