I am responsible for steering the development and implementation of “Standard operating procedures” while maintaining continuous improvements in operational efficiency. Analyzing various processes / applications and recommending process modifications to enhance operational efficiency. Implementing major cost savings strategies, productivity enhancements & improvements. Playing a key role in developing a strong team for efficient, timely and customer satisfactory project execution.I am responsible for investigating, planning and implementing strategically effective and relevant transport methods that meet optimally the needs of the organization and its customers and suppliers. Planning, scheduling & controlling all phases of operations including cost-benefit analysis and reviewing the operational practices, identifying the areas of quality failures and processing changes for qualitative improvement. Assessing the strength of the supply chain network and devising practical and cost effective solutions to streamline the process and achieve desired results.
