Our advanced prototype has achieved early clinical data in Singapore and Cambridge, UK, demonstrating its ability to provide real-time perfusion feedback during angioplasty procedures for the treatment of peripheral artery disease.

Setagon was a startup that developed advanced intravascular stent technologies including nanoporous metallic drug delivery coatings and micro-mechanical implantable devices. As founder CEO, I ran this venture-funded startup from inception to acquisition by Medtronic Vascular.

Experience included practice of and litigation related to corporate and securities laws, banking transactions, contractual disputes, insolvencies/restructures, and employment disputes. Responsibilities included extensive legal research, as well as conduct of trials and chamber hearings, with a focus on time-critical interlocutory injunctions.• Experience with corporate negotiations including detailed review and advice on joint venture agreements, licenses, trusts, debt, equity and security instruments.• Corporate clients included Citibank, ABN-Amro, AT&T, Lucent, Exxon, BASF, and Sony Corporation.• Supervised internal corporate restructuring of intellectual property practice in response to rapidly-changing statutory requirements.
