Maintained confidential records. Performed general office management duties, including a high volume of keyboarding, filing, generating, and managing correspondence. I also screened and registered applications for all OFI Eligibility programs offered as required.

As the soft lines area supervisor I was responsible for seasonal flow changes in apparel as well as ensuring the salability of merchandise displayed on the Front End, aisle tables, Men's/Women's 4-way features, and specialty racks. Other administrative duties included understanding and adhering to the policies and procedures that refer to refund approval, associate purchase approval, securing tills and cash in safe, register paid outs/ins, void approval, register media and break schedules.

I was tasked with the opportunity to act as the liaison between the front end associates and store leadership to ensure store operations ran smoothly and front end morale stayed high. I taught best front end practices such as scan and bag as well as training and coaching associates on cash registers, shortage control policies and other Front End procedures to meet productivity standards.
