I am a partner at the law firm & DE BANDT, where I advise and represent software, telecom, media and pharmaceutical companies on/in all matters of intellectual property law, with a particular focus on copyrights and trademarks. I also advise on all Internet-related matters such as online platforms, e-commerce, and freedom of speech, and assist national and international businesses in complying with the EU's regulatory framework on telecom, media and data protection. In addition, I regularly represent clients in complex contractual and commercial litigation and advise on unfair market practices, consumer protection, advertising, and distribution agreements.
