I'm responsable to grow ICONFIT brand to leading position in Baltic countries in terms of sales in our segments. My main focus is to build a strong resellers network. Additionally, I contribute to all key strategic areas in a company.

I was developing a new business area local cogeneration production (combined heat and power - CHP). The biggest project I led was 0,4MWel and 4,5MWth. Also, I was doing sales and looking constantly for new B2B clients and business opportunities.

I am responsible for the quality assurance system, which includes improving our ISO 9001/ISO 14001 quality system, managing certificates, handling non-conformities, and creating standard operating procedures. On the development side, my biggest achievement so far has been the creation and implementation of a new and more effective production-planning system.

I worked at Paljasaare Kalatööstus a company in Viciunai Group. The main tasks were to implement Lean principles and methods in the organization, improved management systems, and lead development projects, such as overall development plan of the company, 5S, standard working places, production analysis system implementation (Evocon), staff development and implementation of the scanner system. October to December 2012 I was writing my Bachelor´s thesis on finding ways to increase production efficiency. That included analyzing production planning, production and packing lines, also job management.

Budgeting, planning annual action plan, human resource development, restructuring IT and communication systems, coordinating and supporting different projects etc.The TUT Student Union (SU) is a representative body for more than 14 000 students of TUT. It is also an umbrella for more than 40 different student organizations. About 150 young people contribute to SU work each year.

Leading the organization in every sense. Putting together a new long-term strategy, building up planning systems, structuring the organization, coaching members, writing projects, representing the organization on different levels including international level etc.

Renewal of the concept of the event and broadening the scope (added technical exhibition, robotic workshops, picture/photo competition). I was coordinating organizers from 3 universities, finding sponsors, sold places for exhibitors, and writing successful applications for funding. In total increased budget within one year 11 times. Also, I was involved with marketing - TV commercials, email marketing, live broadcast, etc.
