I work as an Independent Professional in the area of financial business and IT. I focus on project management and analysis, especially on business vision, business analyses, requirements management, solution architecture, delivery plan and delivery. Simply stated - I just make things happen.

In 2009 I got a great opportunity to shift my professional career and started working for one of the biggest banks in the Czech Republic. I joined KBC ICT (general ICT services partner for CSOB) as an ICT Business Analyst. I was immediately involved in preparation and analyzing new solutions for direct channels and internet banking including new and innovate products. I was part of IT Architecture team. After that I moved to Business Architecture team for Retail/SME departments where I worked more than one and half year in role of Business Architect. I was involved in a definition and preparation of projects for new direct channel solution for Retail/SME and in branch fronted solution and CRM.

I joined Logos as an Analyst. I participated in many projects of information system development for financial sector companies and for other industries. I was an external consultant for analytical skills and know-how as well as internal lecturer. I decided to leave Logos after almost five years as a Team Leader of Analysts and Business Analysts focused on financial sector.

My career in Unicorn started as a PL/SQL Developer for Oracle database. I participated in an interesting project for billing in Telco. I was fascinated by analysis and conceptual solution design. I switched to role of Analyst. Since that time I have been focused on analysis and design, but I still have not forgotten my developers background. I started to gain a lot of experience in area of analysis on many interesting projects.

I developed a new software for arranging insurance policies and proposals. The application was distributed to hundreds of dealerships and car sellers in the Czech Republic. I was also involved in maintenance and operation of proprietary system for car fleet insurance.
