TEC has a broad experience in the outsourcing of engineering assingments and consultancy. Our +450 consultants provide high added value support for specific engineering projects such as the construction of installations and for time-specific assignments such as shutdowns and turnarounds. In addition to this, Tec is the preferred partner for permanent activities such as maintenance, supervision and coordination. As Sales Director I was in charge of the Key Account Department and Business Development Team. I mainly focused on developing and implementing the sales strategy on Key and Large Account level. This combined with leading the sales team through the difficult period of the economic crisis in 2009.

Managed Services is the division that implements and runs in-company Adecco branches for Key and Large Accounts. As Director for this Business Line I was responsible for app. 45 in-company branches. At the beginning of 2008 we implemented as first HR provider on the labour market the “Lean Six Sigma” methodology in order to improve our own processes and way of working, and secondly to realize cost savings by our customers.
