I founded the OFSTONE architectural studio in 2013. I see the main contribution of our studio in the complexity of the approach in project preparation, which is the best way for every project. OFSTONE are not only architects but also civil engineers. That's why we work as one team with the construction plan, from the first sketches, through the documentation for the construction permit to the implementation projects, including the author's supervision on the construction site. This continuity brings quality and clarity to such a complicated process. Above all, it is one of the important factors of the economic success of the building.In addition to such important complexity, I would also like to mention the quality of the apartment designs, which is at a high level at OFSTONE. In Prague, where the price per meter of construction is so high, it is precisely this quality that meets future success with clients. High-quality layout of apartments and quality space for the life of future owners is important for us.
