About Karel Bor

Got into REAL ESTATE / CONSTRUCTION by coincidence. It was a happy coincidence and so I have been in the business already for 27 years. ADVISORY: I have done lots of ADVISORY in both commercial and residential real estate, provided leasing and sales (both investment transactions and projects). PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT: For several years worked as PROPERTY DEVELOPER starting from projects acqusitions, actual projects management and finalisation with sale.ASSET MANAGEMENT: For investment company I operated the whole ASSET MANAGEMENT incl. management of capex projects and refurbishments. We sold some properties as well.COUNTRY MANAGER, GENERAL MANAGER, MANAGING DIRECTOR, CEO: Since 2009 I create, build and MANAGE teams and companies. So far, I have managed teams from 5 to 70 incl. the full P&L.
