When I introduced myself in a professional context recently, someone complimented me with term 'jack of all trades'. I think this is indeed the best way to describe my professional IT career. Since I have started in IT I got in touch with various domains: hardware, software, scripting, network and system infrastructure cloud,...I believe that my broad technical knowledge and experience gives me the unique capacity to have a good overview and vision on the IT infrastructural landscape of an organisation. Talking about vision... continuous improvement is key to me in modern IT. One of the growing challenges is to keep innovating, think out of the box, be critical to self-evident assumptions.Another challenge, which has become more and more important, is security. In my opinion innovation and security go hand in hand.
