As a member of the NOD External Affairs Team, I am responsible for the development and execution of the philanthropic and corporate engagement goals of NOD through the identification and stewardship of funding streams, and the promotion of the NOD's corporate membership council through targeted outreach and programming.

Championing and supporting the dreams and goals of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Reporting directly to the CEO and the Board chairperson, responsible for management and implementation of all fundraising and development budget and strategy, execution of special events, identification and cultivation of foundations and donors, establishment of communication and marketing program, and branding of $110million agency supporting 5,000 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and 1,400 staff members. Provide strategic advice on development and stewardship, fundraising projections and revenue reporting on quarterly basis to Board. Accomplishments include extensive overhaul, revision and on-going oversight of website, social media and marketing materials; increase of attendance, sponsorship, and revenue of annual fundraisers by over 15%; growth of donor contacts by 900% and implementation of donor relationship management system; creation of annual giving and communication cycle, including quarterly donor communications and appeals; initiated new community partner relationships with RepeatRoses and Housing Works; development of corporate relationships with AIG, JP Morgan and Nasdaq; expanded revenue opportunities through successful applications for participation in fundraising events such as 2019 Charity Partner with TCS New York City Marathon, Amazon Smile, 2018 Picaboo Cards for Causes, 2018 Newman’s Own Foundation $500K Holiday Fundraiser, and 2017 NYCRUNS Queens Half Marathon water table sponsor; and improved employee engagement and communication through establishment of monthly internal newsletter. Identified and increased opportunities for community and staff involvement in mission-related events including New York City Disability Pride Parade, ADAPT Community Fair, and New York Alliance for Inclusion and Innovation Annual Art Show.
