I am responsible for production marketing assets and the syndication of said assets across our clients social media channels. These types of assets include everything from static images with text, to Gifs, and even sometimes super short videos for stories. I also manage communications with clients regarding any and all organic social media efforts, concerns, and feedback. I participate regularly in weekly team and client calls. I produce a weekly newsletter for clients that I write, source, and publish all on my own.

I  supported customers’ inquiries and insurance policy needs by answering questions regarding coverage, rates, billing issues, and general policy reviews while offering additional products.

Communicated via email with local US based shipping centers as well as international shipping hubs with questions related to international shipping costs, guidelines and customs and clearance questions. Relayed and verified each country of origins and destination regulations for imports and exports. Followed up with customers with email and or phone to update on shipmen and resolution.
