I believe that mindfulness and relaxation are the keys to mastering effective and efficient body movements, and those are also the foundation to living a life with abundance.Center to my beliefs, I founded Mindful Pilates with the mission to highlight the importance of establishing body and movement awareness through Pilates.My passion, enthusiasm, and meticulous attention to detail helps many students unravel physical and mental imbalances, while developing alignment, mobility, flexibility, strength, and relaxation through Pilates exercises. To me, Pilates is more than just an outstanding body-strengthening tool. It balances the body and mind by cultivating mindfulness and deep relaxation, leading to a pain-free, stress-free life. As a result, Mindful Pilates was founded with the goal to introduce the philosophy of mindful movements to everyone.Here's my motto when it comes to Pilates and teaching “Less is more!
